Allow 5–10 minutes, preferably on a computer. Read the Cruise FAQ and Positive Journey Pledge, then open the interest form. Create your Tern login and include everyone in your traveling party.
Select your preferred room category and optional package. Approve the itinerary and agency terms, authorize your deposit, and tell me whether travel protection or pre-existing-condition coverage matters to you.
After you submit, I’ll arrange a 10-minute call about your preferences and needs, then check our Holland America group block. You’ll receive available staterooms and deck plans so you can share your top three choices.
I’ll reserve your room, apply the authorized deposit, and send your confirmation. Please read every detail and use its links for your loyalty account, eligible appreciation credits, and the Navigator app.
I’ll send options shortly after booking. Some benefits—including Cancel for Any Reason and pre-existing-condition waivers—may have a 14-day purchase window. Deadlines and eligibility vary by policy.
I’ll share guidance for excursions, dining, Seattle hotels, airport transfers, our meet-and-greet, packing, and pre- or post-cruise options. Watch for group emails and your Facebook invitation.
All new hosted-experience reservations are booked through Cilette and Gypsy Soul Journeys. Earlier original-group reservations remain part of the same celebration.

Why Gypsy Soul Journeys
Roman and I met in Edinburgh and built a life in music that has taken us across America and Europe. For nearly 30 years, we have gathered people through songs, stories and shared experiences.
Gypsy Soul Journeys is the natural next chapter: thoughtful travel for people who want beauty, discovery and real connection—not a trip that could belong to anyone.

A chance meeting in Edinburgh became a marriage, a musical partnership and a life shaped by following the unexpected.
Some of travel’s most memorable moments begin when the map stops being useful and curiosity takes the lead.
Three decades of touring taught us that places matter—but it is human connection that makes a journey stay with you.
How it works
We begin with your ideas, priorities, pace, needs and budget.
I research suitable options and bring the strongest ones into focus.
Review, refine and approve your plans through one private Tern link.
Confirmations, reminders and assistance stay with you through your return home.
Clear from the start: If a planning fee applies, you’ll know the amount, what it covers and the terms before detailed research begins.
Our Positive Journey Pledge
At Gypsy Soul Journeys, we believe how we travel—and how we treat one another along the way—matters. We are committed to giving every client our very best, and when a journey takes us beyond our own expertise, we turn to trusted professionals and partners around the world.
Some of our greatest gifts from travel are the friendships we form and the perspectives we bring home. We approach people, cultures and unfamiliar places with curiosity, openness and respect. Travel is most meaningful when it broadens our understanding of one another and reminds us how much we have in common.
We bring kindness, honesty and respect to every client relationship and ask for the same in return. Most challenges can be resolved when we work together with patience, goodwill and a shared desire for a positive outcome.
Above all, we hope every journey leaves
a little more understanding, connection
and goodness in its wake.
Where are you dreaming of going?
